Role and Responsibilities:

As a K12 Educator at Success Academy, you will design and deliver engaging lessons while creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, respect, and growth. You will work closely with colleagues to implement instructional activities that support student achievement and holistic development.

Create and execute lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture
Deliver differentiated instruction to address diverse student needs
Assess student progress using formal and informal methods
Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to foster learning success
Collaborate with teachers to design interdisciplinary learning experiences
Engage in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and colleagues
Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
Prior classroom teaching experience (optional)
Experience with diverse student populations
