Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will help advance students’ academic progress and personal development by delivering a structured curriculum, monitoring learning outcomes, and cultivating an engaging, supportive classroom experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and teach standards-aligned lessons that support academic rigor and elevate student achievement.
• Evaluate student work through assignments, assessments, and daily observations, offering timely and meaningful feedback.
• Implement classroom management techniques that promote a focused, respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, school leaders, and staff to enhance academic outcomes and contribute to overall school objectives.
• Communicate consistently with parents and guardians to provide academic updates and coordinate strategies that encourage student growth.
• Engage in professional development, coaching, and training opportunities to strengthen instructional practices and support ongoing growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a rigorous academic field such as biology, chemistry, history, mathematics, English, or engineering.
• Ability to lead and manage a classroom of 20 or more students while maintaining a productive and positive learning setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding high academic expectations and supporting student progress.
• Passion for the subject area and dedication to continuous professional learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience working with data-driven teaching methods and interpreting academic results to guide student improvement.
• Comfort using educational technology and digital tools that enhance classroom learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual starting salary of $65,000.
