Role and Responsibilities:

As a Drawing Tutor, you will deliver personalized instruction that encourages students to explore and refine their artistic skills. You will design lessons tailored to individual learning styles and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Plan and deliver engaging drawing lessons for students of varying skill levels.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs and learning preferences.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve technique and creativity.
• Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
• Encourage and motivate students to develop confidence in their artistic abilities.
• Stay updated on contemporary drawing techniques and educational best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in drawing or visual arts instruction, either professionally or academically.
• Strong knowledge of various drawing mediums and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate students.
• Ability to create structured lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching diverse learners.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and virtual lesson delivery is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience teaching art in a formal or informal educational setting.
• Proficiency with digital drawing tools and software (e.g., Procreate, Adobe Illustrator).
