Preschool Teacher

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. This role focuses on creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using interactive and fun teaching methods.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and activities.
• Encourage learning through play and structured educational activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Genuine passion for educating and caring for young children.
• Minimum six months of professional teaching experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of professional teaching experience.
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
