Role and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Infant & Toddler Teacher, you will direct classroom learning by designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will maintain a structured and nurturing environment while guiding daily activities and monitoring each child’s progress.

• Develop and execute curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards
• Facilitate hands-on and interactive activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Organize classroom plans and experiences that support key developmental milestones
• Ensure a safe, well-supervised, and child-centered classroom environment at all times
• Observe, assess, and record children’s developmental progress
• Foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture
• Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues
• Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, teamwork, and a passion for early childhood education
• Experience planning and leading educational activities for young children
• Ability to maintain an organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a lead teacher or classroom leadership capacity
• Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other people-focused roles

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
