Role and Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level to Experienced Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic, standards-aligned lessons and creating a classroom culture that fosters intellectual curiosity, respect, and growth. You will work collaboratively with a team of educators to design and implement engaging instructional activities and assessments. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ academic and personal development.

Design and implement effective, engaging lesson plans in alignment with curriculum standards.
Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Provide targeted instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Monitor and assess student progress through formal and informal assessments.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support academic success.
Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Participate in professional development activities and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and colleagues.
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or eligibility for certification is preferred.
Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience working with diverse student populations is highly valued.
