Early Childhood Lead Teacher

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Early Childhood Lead Teacher, you will oversee classroom instruction by creating and facilitating engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will maintain a structured and nurturing classroom while leading daily learning activities and tracking each child’s progress.

• Develop and deliver curriculum aligned with early childhood education guidelines
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Plan and manage classroom activities that align with developmental milestones
• Maintain a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all children
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development
• Create and sustain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain open communication with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Effective communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues
• Demonstrated patience, creativity, teamwork, and passion for early childhood learning
• Experience designing and implementing educational activities for young children
• Ability to maintain a well-organized, safe, and engaging classroom setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
• Prior experience in a lead teacher or classroom leadership position
• Experience in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other roles focused on working with people

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
