Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will create and implement engaging lessons aligned with educational standards while promoting a respectful and stimulating classroom environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to apply instructional strategies that enhance student learning and overall development.

• Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
• Differentiate instruction to support students with diverse learning needs
• Monitor and evaluate student progress using formal and informal methods
• Communicate with students, families, and staff to support academic achievement
• Collaborate with educators to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and peers
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Ability to adapt instruction to varied learning styles
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
• Prior classroom teaching experience (optional)
• Experience working with diverse student populations
