Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will help students understand algebraic concepts, strengthen their problem-solving abilities, and build confidence in mathematics. You will create tailored lessons, monitor progress, and ensure that learners reach their educational goals.

Design and deliver interactive algebra lessons for students with varying levels of proficiency
Assess student comprehension and adjust teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles
Track and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth
Encourage critical thinking and analytical problem-solving in mathematics
Maintain professional communication with students and parents when required
Utilize digital tools and online resources to enhance the learning experience

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
Proven experience in tutoring algebra or teaching mathematics at any level
Strong understanding of algebraic principles, formulas, and problem-solving techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop structured lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to individual learners
Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching certification or formal tutoring credentials
Experience with virtual classroom instruction
Knowledge of additional mathematics topics beyond algebra
