Role and Responsibilities:

As a Curriculum Teacher at KinderCare, you will guide children through essential stages of development while maintaining a classroom that is safe, welcoming, and full of meaningful learning experiences. You will collaborate with families and coworkers to ensure each child receives high-quality early education and support.

Follow KinderCare’s curriculum and adjust instruction to meet the developmental needs of individual children.
Maintain a classroom space that is safe, inclusive, engaging, and nurturing for all students.
Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, team members, and community partners.
Partner with parents to reinforce learning and encourage growth beyond the classroom.
Support the center’s goals involving enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.
Comply with KinderCare policies and state licensing regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong customer service skills, effective organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
Must meet state qualification requirements or be willing to complete required training or certification.
CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to complete the certification process.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in classroom, indoor, and outdoor activities.
Clear communication skills in English with families, children, and coworkers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or eligibility based on NAEYC standards.
Two to three years of prior experience in early childhood education.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
Recognition as a state-approved trainer (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
