Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons while fostering a respectful and dynamic classroom. You will work alongside fellow educators to implement instructional strategies that promote student growth and achievement.

• Create and deliver lesson plans that meet curriculum standards
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs
• Monitor and assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support learning outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences
• Engage in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and colleagues
• Commitment to an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Ability to tailor instruction to different learning styles
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification or eligibility for certification
• Previous classroom teaching experience (optional)
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
