Role and Responsibilities:

As a Swimming Private Tutor, you will deliver customized swimming lessons designed to meet each student’s ability and learning pace. You will create a safe and motivating environment while tracking student progress and fostering improvement in swimming skills.

• Design and implement personalized swimming lesson plans for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Teach core swimming techniques including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
• Provide water safety guidance and build confidence in aquatic environments.
• Assess student progress and give constructive feedback to enhance skill development.
• Engage students with drills, exercises, and challenges to reinforce techniques.
• Communicate with students and parents to set goals and track performance.
• Stay updated on swimming instruction best practices and safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
• Experience teaching or tutoring swimming to learners of varying ages and skill levels.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to individual learners.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and monitor student progress.
• Proficiency in maintaining a safe swimming environment and adhering to pool regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in lifeguarding, swimming instruction, or aquatic safety.
• Experience coaching competitive swimming or preparing students for swim tests.
• Degree or training in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related fields.
