Role and Responsibilities:

As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will guide classroom learning by developing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that supports children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will foster a safe and positive classroom environment while leading daily activities and tracking student progress.

Design and implement curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards
Lead creative learning activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional growth
Organize and deliver classroom experiences that support key developmental milestones
Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all children at all times
Monitor, evaluate, and document each child’s developmental progress
Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
Collaborate with teaching staff and communicate effectively with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
Strong communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm for early childhood education
Experience planning and delivering educational activities for young learners
Ability to maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Previous experience in a lead teaching or classroom leadership role
Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other people-focused roles
