Role and Responsibilities:

As a Child Development Lead Teacher, you will guide classroom instruction by planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will foster a structured and nurturing classroom environment while overseeing daily activities and tracking student progress.

Design and implement curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards
Lead interactive and engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Organize and manage classroom experiences that support key developmental milestones
Maintain a safe, supervised, and child-centered learning environment at all times
Observe, evaluate, and document each child’s developmental progress
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues
Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm for early childhood education
Experience planning and delivering educational activities for young children
Ability to maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Previous experience in a lead teaching or classroom leadership role
Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other people-focused roles

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranging from USD $17.00 to USD $18.50
