Role and Responsibilities:

As a K–12 Campus Teacher, you will design and deliver standards-aligned instruction that drives measurable student achievement. You will foster a positive classroom culture, use data to inform instruction, and actively contribute to a high-performing school environment.

• Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons aligned to curriculum standards.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative evaluations.
• Analyze academic data to adapt instruction and improve student outcomes.
• Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations.
• Provide timely feedback to students to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, instructional leaders, and families to support student success.
• Participate in professional development, coaching, and school-wide initiatives.
• Model professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective instruction in a K–12 classroom setting.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze student data and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to educational equity and student achievement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
• Experience working in a high-performing or mission-driven school environment.
• Demonstrated success improving student academic outcomes.
