As a Lead Tutor/Instructor, you would:

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively to deliver individualized instruction
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Communicate student progress with parents
• Teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative and community outreach tasks as needed

Do you have:

• A passion for math and working with students?
• Excellent interpersonal skills?
• An eagerness to learn and grow?
• Strong math competency through at least Algebra I?
• The ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities?
