Private School Nurse

RCS is hiring for a Substitute Nurse! RCS Learning Center is a private special education school that is committed to providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities. On call substitute nurse position is available and includes working in a school setting (Natick, MA). Opportunity to work with an outstanding team and receive great training and experience. Responsibilities of the Substitute Nurse include, but are not limited to, administration of prescribed student medications and related documentation, providing first aid to students as needed, and working in collaboration with RCS Administration to ensure safety and health of all students during the school day. Candidates must hold a minimum of an Associate’s degree and must be at least a Registered Nurse with the appropriate certifications. Candidates should possess good social/interpersonal, verbal communication and problem solving skills, the ability to seek assistance when needed, overall good professional rapport with students and staff, demonstrate flexibility within job responsibilities, overall punctuality and attendance, great attitude about overall job position and students, and ability to take initiative.
