Front Desk Receptionist

As Front Desk Receptionist, your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high organizational effectiveness, and ensure professionally friendly communication between staff and Primrose School of Winfield Families. As a front office receptionist, your dedication to the success of our next generation will ensure we deliver on our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care to the families we serve. The current hours for this job are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. These hours are non-negotiable at this time.

Responsibilities of this Role:

• Receiving families and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Monitoring Procare, our communication childcare platform.
• Creating a culture of support within the school (for staff, families, and children).
• Cultivating an environment committed to health, safety, quality education, and joy.
