Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Early Childhood Teacher, you will take responsibility for classroom learning by developing and delivering structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate instruction that supports children’s cognitive, social, and emotional progress. You will maintain a safe, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment while managing daily activities and tracking each child’s growth.

Design and implement developmentally aligned curriculum based on early childhood education standards
Facilitate interactive learning activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional development
Plan and coordinate classroom experiences that support developmental milestones
Maintain a secure, supervised, and child-focused learning environment
Observe, assess, and document student development and progress
Build and sustain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture
Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain communication with parents and families

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with children, families, and colleagues
Demonstrated patience, creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm for early childhood learning
Experience planning and delivering educational activities for young children
Ability to maintain an organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
Prior experience in a lead teacher or classroom leadership role
Background in childcare, education, customer service, healthcare, retail, or other people-focused roles

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage ranging from USD $17.00 to $18.50
